My website is down and my emails are not working again
This has happened 3-4 times this year. What is the problem?

The sites are still down  :(

mtr gives -

208.178.63.114   70.0% loss
208.78.242.185 (Dynadot LLC WOTAN-1) 100% loss

We do understand your frustration,  this is not a normal occurrence,  but the result of these attacks.

We will be working to mitigate such attacks in the future.

Website down again. Whats the point of having a website if its down all the time? Why am I paying for nothing? Atleast twice a week I cant access my site or e-mail. I didnt pay for web hosting 3-5 days a week, but thats what Im getting.

Yes,  we have had quite a bit of trouble with our Basic Hosting server in the last week as it has become the target of multiple DDoS attacks.   Once we are able to stabilize the server,  we will be taking steps to ensure that these kinds of attacks guarded against in the future.

We understand that is a major inconvenience and hope that you will accept our sincere apologies.

The repairs should be completed in the next few hours.  

As for the issue of compensation,  this is not something we have been able to do in the past,  but we will certainly discuss the possibility.  If a credit is issued,  all Basic Hosting customers will be notified via email.

My websites are again not working.  Also, no email service.

My customers have  been complaining that they cannot contact me.  This is my busiest season.

I would appreciate it if Dynadot could please address this problem immediately.  

Also, since I have lost customer contacts because of this repreated problem, I would ask that they discount my upcoming domain renewal.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the recent downtime.  Our Basic Hosting server has been the target of multiple DDoS attacks.  Currently,  the server is online and all sites are functioning normally.  We are working to prevent these attacks from happening in the future.

I am not able to access my email nor my website, and customers have complained to me about not being able to contact me.

I would appreciate it if Dynadot staff could address this problem immediately.

From us 1 website is working, other one is not working. Very strange! This year already 4th time, yesterday websites was down for couple of hours. This is not reliable services!
