I was doing a simple Google Search and the prices looked great and gave it a shot in the dark. Best choice I have made for a registrar since I have tried several of the supposed best ones out there and none of the beats Dynadot.

I have been hosting sites for friends and family for years. I've had my own sites and even my own server, so I decided to go for the gusto and try opening a hosting company.
I found Dynadot while I was looking for a way to have domain registrations on my website for my customers. Most of the others have either huge yearly fees, or some long list of requirements that make your head spin to get roughly the same price that Dynadot gives anyone who purchases in bulk.
I know, I paid $500 in advance to get the bulk pricing, but I would rather put $500 into an account that will be used for domains I sell my customers, than pay $249 every year to GoDaddy to get about the same rate per domain name.
I'm just starting my hosting business, and I'm trying to use the same rule of thumb that Dynadot followed with domains; give good customer service and let each customer know that their opinion matters, not just their credit card number ^_^
I hope this will be the start of a great business relationship. Thanks for being a company that has the same values my company does.
I was looking for the fastest registrar. I compared every registrar on Google, and Dynadot was the fastest! GoDaddy was the slowest. No surprise there. Been a Dynadot fan ever since and transferred all my names here, leaving all my previous registrars. So long as Dynadot keeps their speedy registrations and up-to-date whois database, I will keep them. :) As they continue to grow, which I've seen a lot of since I started using them, this will be a tough process, and I hope they keep it at the top of their priority list.
I found it ages ago through Google, searching for a registrar that accepts Paypal and Dynadot was one of the few that accepted it at the time. I think Go Daddy may have accepted it too but their fraud prevention and security sucks big time, so I've heard from a family members first hand experience.
I was looking for a .tw domain for one wiki that had 中文(正體) as its language.
www.twnic.net.tw/english/dn/dn_01.htm linked me to www.neulevel.com.tw/content/tw_how.html which linked me to a long list of registrars, most of them utterly useless without a credit card.
My default payment processor is hyperwallet.com - it has some limited ability to cash out a balance to Paypal or to direct-deposit to a bank but not much else. So basically, I'm looking for access to various ccTLD's (.ca .hk .tw .uk .ws), inexpensive .org registration and something that works without a charge card. That narrows the field considerably.
No, I haven't found everything in one place - but so far I like what I see.
