I registered for a domain on Saturday Feb 28, prior to the outage. The domain no longer appears assigned to me in my account. When I searched Whois prior to dynadot coming back online, the record showed my name (c/o Dynadot privacy). Now the Whois record only shows that it is registered by dynadot, but my name has disappeared from it...
I've sent an email about this using the "contact us" link... I hope this gets resolved.
I registered 4 domains prior to the outage, 3 of which I decided not to keep. I deleted those 3 domains under the grace period, and they had disappeared from my account before the outage. Now they're showing up again, but I'm also seeing $$$ credit in my account.
What should I do? Do you guys intend to straighten out these inconsistencies in the system?
