Domain gone missing after dynadot crash
3/3/2009 08:41
I registered for a domain on Saturday Feb 28, prior to the outage. The domain no longer appears assigned to me in my account. When I searched Whois prior to dynadot coming back online, the record showed my name (c/o Dynadot privacy). Now the Whois record only shows that it is registered by dynadot, but my name has disappeared from it...

I've sent an email about this using the "contact us" link... I hope this gets resolved.

I've had my domain returned to my account, so they're working to fix things. However, I discovered that my whois privacy is no longer on my account. Fired off another message to info@dynadot...

Somewhat the same problem... I registered a domain prior to the outage, now it is missing, an older domain is restored, that I do no want. The Domain Registered before the outwage was going to be deleted probably around midnight with 70 + Hours left for grace. Now I cannot delete the restored domain and get a grace....

One of my domain just transfered to Dynadot a day or two before downtime, and now disappeared from my account.

I have the same problem.  I registered on the 28th and now have no domains.  I sent a message using contact us.

I am new to Dynadot and this is pretty frustrating when the day after you register the site goes down for 24 hours.
