The "Photo ID Verification" email was sent to you on August 11th around 10 AM.  

Your first order, which contained two domains, was deleted on August 13th, also around 10AM.  You placed this order on August 8, so we couldn't have waited any longer.  

Your second order was placed on August 10th.  We waited until August 14th, yesterday, to delete those domains.  

I'm sorry you lost your domains, but if they have been registered by someone else, there is nothing we can do.

You mentioned 2-4 days.

I received notification on the 12th Aug.

You removed all my domains in less than 2 days.

What kinda service is this?

Why a verification when I'm using Paypal?

How do you verify if it's fraud since im using paypal?
I'm using a verified business account.

Isn't it due to your negligence and disorganized operation
that caused such problems?

Please tell me how can you get my domains back.

I think I have the rights to ask for a good answer here.
I have paid in the first place, confirmation was received
and no further notifications were received to say that
my domains for 2nd order will be removed. I doubt the honesty of this company now.

How do i get back these domains? I can even send you a family photo and a photo of me and my dogs for verification. I want back these domains.

I checked whois, it was acquired by someone else through
godaddy.

Occasionally we need to verify an account.  It helps to keep fraud down and in turn, prices down for our customers.  The verification applies to an entire account, not just one specific order.  Once verification is complete, we won't ask you to verify again.  

We need to complete the verification within approximately 2-4 days.  When the verification was not completed, your domains were deleted.  We waited until the last possible moment to delete your domains, which was over 3 days after we sent the verication email.  

We have already refunded the first payment of $17.98.

The second payment of $44.95 will be refunded to your PayPal account shortly.
