How about a ledged service where the paying customer can get a better support system where it wont take 5 days to get a half-assed answer.

I also shouldnt have to wait for the transaction to process.

I might just want a refund and order cancell....

I don't understand why.. The transaction is yours regardless of the time; there isnt really much I can do in cancelling it.

Sorry, but we need to wait for the pending eCheck to clear. If you submit your payment with an instant payment type (Credit Card, account balance, or a Paypal instant payment type) your order would process right away.

Weird. I have purchased over a hundred domains with Dynadot and have not had ANY problems. I may have waited once for a transaction to complete for a few minutes but that's it. Big deal.

Either way, I can't say enough about Dynadot and their service.

Chill out mate. Although I am sure you're a perfect human being when it comes to your job, and that's cool, but you'll have to realize that not everyone is perfect like you. I'm sure Dynadot is doing what they can to get your purchase in order.

Take it easy my friend :)
Dynadot have a good and fast support team as i with them since more than a year.
About wait for the transaction to process,This happend in most domain sites if you have some wrong in your CC info for example or maybe there is some thing error with the system while you were making your request.

I`m sure that dynadot staff will resolve your problem soon, Just be patient .:)
