Zpanel: where do I find it?

I'm trying to setup my VPS hosting and have been told I need to set up Zpanel however I can't find it. Where is it and do you provide the login and password for it? I need more information please, I haven't used this before.

You currently don't have zPanel with your VPS package. You would need to rebuild your VPS with the zPanel image to use zPanel.
