There is no port needed unless you have set it up that way. Have you installed anything yet? Your IP is accessible via ssh.

The VPS does not come with WHM or Cpanel as this is a blank slate.

You would require to purchase a WHM/Cpanel licence and install it yourself.

There are also many other free options out there I suggest looking up documentation on Zpanel.
