When will my domain go up?

I paid for Basic Host 11 dollar. And i got my domain and all, uploaded stuff i want on it, but i can't access the page after 3 days. Could you put it up? Also i don't realy know how to fix the name servers, im new to this all, is that needed? Thanks.
