Hi, as we have told you in another section of the forum, the domain xpanel.com is not registered with us. You can its registration information here:

What you purchased with us were a basic hosting plan and a upgrade on it as stated in the Order Finished email we sent to the email address associated with your dynadot account.

If you are the owner of the domain, you can setyour domain up following the instructions in the email we sent to you. And if you are not the owner and still want this domain, you will need to contact with the owner using the registration information in the whois info directly.

Yes, you would need to set your name servers to 'ns1.dynadot.com' and 'ns2.dynadot.com'.

There is only a basic hosting in your account. I searched the domain name and it seems to be using name servers from other providers. You can choose to ask your domain name host provider for help or you can set name servers for your domain to 'ns1.dynadot.com' and 'ns2.dynadot.com' as we suggested in the email.
