VPS status pending on Shutdown processing‏

Hello there,

I just shutdown my VPS last 15 hours ago and It's status showing Shutdown Processing. Request pending still now and server is on. I pinged the server IP and it's responding !!

I need to rebuild VPS as it was before, I mailed to support but they didn't respond yet. Need immediate help, Thanks.
