Updating php4 to php5 in C_panel (urgent)

Hello,

Please I have one of my web site using PHP version 5 while my C_panel php version is 4.0.1
Here is the message when trying to access the site :

"Your host needs to use PHP 5.3.1 or higher to run this version of Joomla!"

Please show us what to do.Or help us.It is urgent.
