Unable to receive emails but can send emails

Hello,

I am having issues sending emails to my dynadot accounts that are using my domain name.
I can send emails no problem from these accounts.
I get the following errors when sending to [email protected] from my gmail account:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

    [email protected]

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain bluekoncer.co.uk by sitebuilder.dynadot.com. [166.88.19.42].

The error that the other server returned was:
550 recipient unrecognized
------------------------

I have also sent emails to this address from other email accounts and this fails as well.
I do not have Email Forwarding configured\enabled.
Is there something that I have configured incorrectly?

Your settings seem correct. Are you testing email from within your Email Hosting account or through an email client?

are you using free webhosting ? or vps or what ? can you tell me more ? and upload SCREENSHOT
