Some e-mail sent to our domain address do not reach returns to sender

Hello. Some mail sent to my address are not delivered. Here is an exapmle of refusal message provided by our partner:
"host parkmail.dynadot.com[68.68.98.74] said: 554 your email   was flagged as spam (in reply to end of DATA command)"

Seems it relates to dynadot spam filter. Is there a way to receive these messages anyway, because many not spam messages are treated like a spam an we are loosing customers. Most of times we even don't know that someone wrote to us and received refusal.
So we'd like to be able to receive all the mail and filter on our side. Thanks.
