Site updates not showing

I've made a small text edit to the homepage of this site:

http://www.highlandscleaning.com

But the changes will not show on the live site even though I've uploaded the edits via FTP. I've also logged into my Dynadot account and used the "Fine Details" editor and it shows my updates -- though even after re-saving the file there it still fails to show on the live site.

Am I overlooking something? Thanks.

Are you still not seeing the update?

Our hit tracking is limited, but I see hits from yesterday until today.

It also shows your number of unique visitors for the past week.

Additionally, the hit statistics for this site stop on Nov 12th, but I know it should be showing traffic through today as well... It's like the domain is actually pointing to a different server than the one I'm allowed to edit and maintain. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
