Hello,

I have read that other people have issues with their servers consistently being down. I to am having this problem. Since I have purchased this hosting plan my website has only been up and running for a short time. Anytime I upload or try to change anything it goes back down.

DO NOT tell me "Oh it looks like its up now.." Fix the issue so it doesnt happen again. I have paid you guys money for this service and I expect to get my monies worth.
