I have setup alpha ssl for erczim.org  on the server https://fig.dynadot.com. I did everything as shown on the alhpssl support page except restarting the apache service.
Kindly help me resolve this

SSL can only be used with the VPS Hosting as it's a dedicated server.

You can't use a SSL certificate with the shared Advanced Hosting package. We can cancel and refund the SSL certificate if it's within 7 days of the purchase date. If you need to cancel, please email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.
