Hi,

I have been using my Microsoft Outlook client with POP and SMTP configuration without any problem. Now I need to send alert e-mails using SQL Server DB Mail configuration. But even on the same PC that I used Outlook, Dynadot SMTP server continuously says "The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: authentication required".

I have tried it with many clients including online ones, the error stays same with above.

Is there a way to send mails programmatically using Dynadot SMTP?
