Any ideas how to solve ?

RESPONSE: 550 can't create directory: file exists

Have checked files, we havnt had this problem before when publishing site, i even tried to publish just the front page and still got this error.

Since your domain is hosted by someone else, you'll need to contact your Web Host about that message.  They should be able to assist you.
