One of my staff is editing my graphics site through FTP, and I've allowed her to use PHP for my new layout. However, she says that the FTP is not working. Is PHP able to be used through the hosting and why would it not be working, as it is working through one of her other websites?

It looks like your domain is currently set to use someone else's Hosting, so if the problem is related to that hosting plan, you'd have to contact the other Hosting Company.  

If you want to use PHP for your website, you'll actually need to use our Advanced Hosting.
