Not Receiving Domain Email

Hi all - Please Help!

I have Web Hosting and have set up mailboxes. I'm using Outlook 2003 for pop/smpt etc.  The email account 'test' works.

Although I can send email no problem, email sent to me just bounces back.  I've double-checked the settings which are all ok.  Is there anything I'm likely to have missed?

The DNS A record for the domain has been changed for the website, but this shouldn't cause a problem for email should it?

What is your domain name?  

If you aren't using our Name Servers, email sent to you will bounce.
