MySQL Remote access

I can't connect to the MySQL Database from another server, even after I've configured Remote Database Access Hosts in the cPanel. I think I might be using a wrong host. Any help would be appreciated!

There is no "Access/User" tab in phpMyAdmin...

Hi,

The MySQL User is sure binded on the Local IP Address like 127.0.0.1

Go into phpMyAdmin: Find the Tab "Access/User" > create a new user > set username, password ... hostname = %
