My website is down when setting email hosting
1/30/2021 07:15
I set an email hosting to the same domain that I have. I figured out my website is down.
Does that take time after hosting my email on it?

@e_e_d_a_cairo_eg Hi I’m really sorry for the late reply.
If you are using our website hosting services through our site builder and our email hosting for the same domain this is how you should set them up: https://www.dynadot.com/community/help/question/connect-to-both-Website-Builder-and-Email-Hosting-DNS
If you are hosting your website somewhere else and just want to use our email hosting you’ll just have to add the additional DNS records by following this guide https://www.dynadot.com/community/help/question/Email-Hosting-for-email-only
Please bear in mind that whenever you change your DNS settings it might take some time for your website to propagate. It may take from 5 minutes to 48 hours.

I have done something similar.

You may need to go into the settings of the domain name, and, set it to point towards Dynadot email hosting.
