I get this error after installing a wordpress plugin

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 22 bytes) in /home/*****/public_html/wp-includes/pomo/streams.php on line 66

I already solve the problem, thx. Now I have to ask something, when I do some changes in the WP panels and keep updating the content I lose the connection with the server, cant connect with the cpanel, even FTP connection with FileZilla. I tried many things but this keeps happening. Do I get blocked or something?

What is the plugin?

41943040 bytes is 40MB. That seems to be quite a bit of memory use for your plugin.
