If make request to the non-existent page and if exists file error_404.html client is issued 200 (OK) http-error. What is not correct - must be 404 (Not Found) http-error. Can I do something that in such cases was response 404 (Not Found) http-error?

I would like to have customize page of 404 error (this is done by creating a file error_404.html). And while receiving 404 http-error (not 200 OK).

I'm a little unclear about what your question is.  

However, if you delete the error_404.html file, you will always get a, HTTP ERROR: 404 Not Found, error.
