How do you get an answer to a simple question?

Do we really have to post a question in a forum to get an answer to support?

We've responded to each of your emails (your last email to us quoted our email to you).

The email you sent on January 18th was responded to on January 19. It bounced, so we resent it on January 20th with no bounce.

You shouldn't be adding an A Record.

You set your domain to use Basic Hosting and add your MX records to the "Email Forwarding Settings" box.

If you are adding or are prompted to add an A Record, you aren't using the correct box.
