How can i access my php.ini file on my Dynadot VPS

I'm new to dynadot VPS and I need to update my php.ini settings "upload_max_filesize", default is 2M but I need more.

And how can i access my zpanel files? I want to change my VPS ZPanel default login by visiting IP Address, I want to change it on another directory.

and one more issue with emails. When I'm sending emails it's going to receiver, but I'm not receiving emails on RoundCube Webmail.

Actually I need to access all root files along with zpanel so that I can change my VPS as I need it. Please help me resolving these problems, it's become emergency issue :(
