Hosting Account flagged as "problem"

I created and registered a Domain Name < michelle-williams-la-homes >, and paid for "hosting". The Domain Name registration appears to have worked nicely, but the hosting still flagged as "problem" < michelle-williams-la-homes.com >. I cannot find anyone who will respond to my several e-mails to tell me what the "problem" is.
