Hi Dynadot staff

Everytime I tried download files from FTP, after 3 or 4 successful files the site blocks my ip, even cpanel
so can you fix it?

I only download files to update my local. only small php files, but it still blocking ?

Hello,

It is most likely that the FTP client is just using too many connections to try to optimize the transfer time.  We have also recently increased the number of connections so that may help.

so which ftp client you recommend ? I use filezilla at the moment..

***but why it's blocking the ftp from downloading files ? it's very very strange of your host,
I used many hosts before, and none of them has this issue. As it's really trouble when you developing a site

maybe you only welcome US customers ?

Sorry to hear of your troubles.  We can, of course,  unblock your IP as needed but to avoid the situation, you may want to try a different FTP client.
