hi there i just buy a advance web hosting and i have already  a doamin on dynadot seomake.com
Now I wish to transfer all web files from old server to here in my account
What should I do ? also the ftp is not working for given password also if i creat any user for that also
why

To use your Advanced Hosting for the domain "seomake.com." please follow these instructions:

The FTP accounts will not work until you set seomake.com to use the Advanced Hosting.
