hi, im trying to upload a database via phpmyadmin, nd im receiving this error. i hv previously uploaded many small database but faced no probs, this one of of 9 mb.

any idea how to solve this prob ?

Try compressing the database as gz or bz2 and try importing that. PHPMyAdmin will not work with large files unless the settings are changed on server side for which you need to contact Dynadot support.
