Email Fwd'ing Stops Working After Specifying Name Servers?

Hi there,

I recently purchased a domain and changed over the name server info. Web site is working fine on my new host, great!

But after I did this, it seems the mail forwarding doesn't work anymore. Is this expected? Confused....

Yes.

When you use Name Servers, all of the DNS options are controlled by those Name Servers, that includes the email. So basically, your email forwarding is disabled.

If you want to re-add email forwarding, you'll need to do it with your Hosting company.
