I have a .pk domain, bought from another registrar, but I want to use the Dynadot's DNS manager (the registrar I bought it from only allows setting up nameservers no other settings).

Only option I have seen to be able to do this, is by buying basic hosting. Are there any other options? Also, if I do buy basic hosting, can I configure my DNS like I do for my domains bought from Dynadot? (that is, set A record to where my actual hosting is, MX record for my email host and so on...)

No, unfortunately, only domains registered at Dynadot can use our DNS manager. Basic Hosting would not allow you to use DNS for the .PK domain either.
