Domain from other server

Hello,

Bought domain name in Godaddy and want to add on my host account.
How can i do that?

You actually have the Basic Hosting plan, not Advanced, so you'd need to use name servers ns1.dynadot.com and ns2.dynadot.com.

Hi dynadot_staff,
I have the same problem as burdadi, I tried setting ns100.dynadot.com and ns101.dynadot.com as the Master and Slave DNS Server, respectively, on registro.br, However I'm getting a message claiming that the "domain is unknown", for ns100 and "refused search" for ns101

What could be cause this problem?

You can skip that part as it only applies to domains registered at Dynadot. Instead, you would set your name servers to ns100.dynadot.com and ns101.dynadot.com in your GoDaddy account.

You would need to set the domain to our Advanced Hosting name servers:

ns100.dynadot.com
ns101.dynadot.com

Once propagated, you can add the domain in cPanel.
