Direct IP access instead of URL?

Hi,

New to this.

I have my own domain, and registers with you guys for basic hosting. The website works but I want to access the site directly via IP.
I do a lookup and got 173.245.76.50. Navigating to this doesn't work. What do I need to do?

I'm afraid that will not be possible. Our hosting is shared and so all Basic Hosting domains use the same IP address. You would need a fixed IP to be able to access that way.
