Hello,

i create a new ftp user and i cant access with them with my Filezilla program. What i can do now?

And how i can get the Password for the Special Ftp Accounts?

Okay now i can connect with FTP.

But now i have a another problem because my website does not connect with my Mysql database the mysql is not on the webspace.

Hello,

You should be able to use the password you set when you created the FTP account.  Are you getting any error messages when trying to use Filezilla?
