Cannot reset cpanel password.

Hello,

I am trying to reset the cpanel password for one of my hosting accounts I have with you, but the password reset emails aren't reaching me.

Please advise.

You have two Advanced Hosting accounts with us. Which one are you trying to access? What username are you entering to reset the cPanel password. Also, what email address are you checking for the cPanel reset email?
