Cannot connect

All of a sudden I cannot connect to my server; the website is also shut down. This is the message when I try to connect to Cpanel.

The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.

Also, I have only used 1% of my disk data.

This is the second time in almost two months that I have had trouble with dynadot. I have an app being released on the 7th, and my website really needs to be open.
