Can't setup email client

Hi,
I can't setup email client Outlook 2007 either encrypted or unencrypted. Reciving works but problem is sending. Every sending attempt ends up with errors 0x80042109, 0x8004210B.

I had a similar issue with Thunderbird. I went to my cpanel and clicked on email accounts, then on the right under Actions, i clicked on more, then choose the configure email-client option. My problem was it wanted the SSL info and wouldn't take the non SSL servers. Not sure if you tried that but if not it might help out.
