Can't find my FTP details

Hello,

I cannot find my FTP details for root access to my hosting directory. I do not see hosting details listed after I click the link in the "edit site" column. When I hit that link, I am taken to cPanel, but my details aren't listed.

When I click "FTP Accounts", I am taken to a screen where I can add more, but my password is not listed for the root access account.

Sorry, what or where is the CPannel?

The root FTP information is the same information that you use to log into CPanel.
