Can send but not receive emails on my domain email

Hi
I have a domain from dynadot and I'm using email/web hosting.
I can send but not receive emails on my domain email.
Tried setting the mx record but no use.
Any advise?

It sounds like you may need to "Enable Remote Access", to do so please follow these steps: https://www.dynadot.com/community/help/question/POP3-SMTP-settings

Once you have done that, you can configure your email to your email host using these steps: https://www.dynadot.com/community/help/question/access-domain-email
