Basic Hosting Cancellation

Hello,

I'd like to cancel my basic hosting subscription and get back my money so that I can change to advanced subscription.

Is this possible? How can I do it here?

It appears we canceled your basic hosting and refunded you an account credit. You can use this account credit to order the advanced hosting.
