SSL Certificate waiting to be created

Hello,

I've ordered last week a SSL certificate but I still didn't receive it. Your services sent an email to an address that is not mine (it's an address used by my registar and they don't forward it)

I validated the certificate with an SMS, but it seems to be stuck.

Is there anything wrong ?

My username is oupsman and I've ordered a certificate for my owncloud server located at cloud.oupsman.fr
