I have been using Dynadot for a long time and find your staff the most knowledgeable. Thus I am asking the question here.
I've setup my domain's MX records to point to mx.zohomail.com & mx2.zohomail.com a few years ago. It's been working fine up until this week. We just figured out that our email accounts are receiving email but no one is receiving email from our domain. I assume that would be a zohomail.com hosting issue. But would Dynadot be involved at all?

We checked your settings and all seems to be well. If email is not working properly, yes, we suggest contacting your email provider to see if they can help sort the issue out.
