Internal Server Error

I have a internal server error on my website. Any modification with the hosting was made and for no reason, the website hosting crash. (500 internal server error). What is this problem?

Our apologies. A large spike in outgoing traffic shut down apache. Our engineers were able to repair the issue not long after we were notified.
