.DE DOMAIN NAMESERVERS SETTING ERROR

HELLO.
I TRIED MANY TIMES TO SET .DE DOMAIN (SBMGROUPWORLD.DE) NAMESERVERS (ns1.eough.com & ns2.eough.com) BUT ITS DOES NOT SET AND SHOW ERROR THAT IS

There is 1 error Name servers for DE domains must respond to DNS queries for the domain before being set.

KINDLY SOLVE ISSUE URGENTLY.
