I have been trying to get into my webhosting all evening here in Australia, and I can not get anything.

Also, I have just put in an order for more domain names paid by Credit card, and it is saying 'waiting for payment'.  I have checked my bank just before doing the order, and I am sure I have enough to cover the order.

Could both be due to a server problem?


While I am here, my account summary still has an order I placed last year, and seek to cancel it. How do I cancel it?

Due to complications with working the older order, I reordered the same contents again with a new order and now have all the items found in this stuck order message.

UPDATE. The payment for tonights order has gone through.

I still can not get into the webhosting.
