In US, if you accepted the payment and took the money from customer's account, it is illegal not to fulfill the order. They customer can launch complain to federal authorities, or DA, and the representative of the company would be standing in front of a judge.

It looks too many people have problems with this company, but they can get away with it.

I wonder if this is a US based company. I regret the moment that I decided to buy a domain from this company. I bet thousands of people like me must have kissed their $9.75 good bye.
