Stop trying to charge me again!

I paid for my domain thru echeck but then was told you had cancelled that so i could pay with my paypal balance and yet you are still trying to charge me with the echeck.....what is your problem here??? Please fix this problem asap....thank you...

The eCheck you originally paid with was canceled and your account is paid in full. We aren't trying to charge you.

Is this something that PayPal is doing?
