Still Processing

Can you please look into why my domain is taking so long to be set up?  I paid yesterday, but the status still shows "processing".  I received a verification phone call yesterday, so I know that's not the delay.  

I heard great things about you guys, so I thought I'd give you a shot.  I'm used to immediate domain registration from other registrars, which has me puzzled here.  Please look into my order to see what the hold up is.  I need to order an SSL certificate next, but am hesitant to use you guys if it takes days to get things done.

My order number is:  1230095
